Situation and Insight
Consumer tire research and shopping were moving online with no signs of slowing down. Independent Goodyear tire retailers' websites were often sub-optimal, multi-branded experiences disconnected from the Goodyear brand website where many consumers began their journey.
Solution
I conceived a best-in-class eCommerce platform that would offer consumers a better tire shopping experience integrated with the Goodyear brand website. The experience was connected to the retailer's inventory and pricing system. As consumers moved from goodyear.com to each retailer’s website, the brand experience was more consistent, data was transferred to save the consumer time, confusion, and frustration while the Goodyear brand was prominently displayed.
Outcome
The platform was rapidly designed and built, with over 1,000 retailers enrolling within the first six months of launch. YoY sales increased by 14% for retailers on the platform. Goodyear gained visibility into the use of its brand on retailer websites, was able to influence the consumer shopping experience, and support its independent retailers.
Situation and Insight
Delta's campaign performance was not meeting performance expectations. The user experience was not optimized and campaigns lacked robust targeting.
Solution
Designed a strategy to establish digital media and communications as a hub of key data that could affect strategic decision-making. Replanned all digital media with more precision targeting.
Results
13X ROI on paid media investments.
DuraSeal's Pro Rewards program was stagnant, in need of new hardwood flooring contractors, an extremely niche, hard-to-reach audience.
I designed a campaign built on paid digital media and DuraSeal's owned channels. Multiple third-party data sources and look-a-like audiences were used along with a structured email nurture campaign.
The campaign far exceeded DuraSeal's expectations. The campaign made up 95% of the site traffic and 100% of the enrollment.
ITW Corporate Social Responsibility Web Experience
Designed and developed a storytelling web experience that drives significant shareholder value for the ITW corporation.
Rebuilt the web experience with integrations to multiple databases and quoting systems. Aligned the brand experience across multiple business units to create a unified web presence.
Schindler Elevator Cab Configurator
This web experience supported the Schindler 3300 Low-Rise Elevator product launch. The campaign and web experience generated over 500 leads in the first six months and is viewed by Schindler as one of the most successful launches in North America.
